Article 106. When a Report on the Commencement Date for Use of Air Navigation Radio Aids has been made in accordance with the provisions of Article 46 (including the case when applied accordingly to Article 56 of the Law), the following information shall be promulgated:
(1)Name and address of the provider;
(2)Type of air navigation radio aids;
(3)Position and location of air navigation radio aids;
(4)Carrier frequency;
(5)Antenna power;
(6)Course direction;
(7)Identification codes;
(8)Hours of operation;
(9)Date of commencement of use;
(10)Specific matters relating to the use cf the air navigation radio aids concerned.
2. The provisions under the preceding paragraph shall be applied accordingly to the case when the Minister of Transport installs air navigation radio aids.
(Notification of Change, Suspension, etc.)
Article 107. The information to be notified in the case of a change in any of the items on which notification has been made concerning air navigation radio aids under the provisions of Article 46 of the Law (including the case when applied accordingly to Article 56 and Article 55-(2) paragraph 2 of the Law) or in the case of the suspension, recommencement or discontinuation of the use of air navigation radio aids under the provisions of the same Article, shall be as follows, except for those items referred to in subparagraphs 1 to 3 of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article:
(1)The item in which a change has been made, in the case of a change in an item subject to notification;
(2)The proposed date for the commencement of suspension and theduration thereof, if the matter concerns a suspension;
(3)The proposed date of recommencement or discontinuation, if the matter concerns a recommencement or discontinuation.
